Refund policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Collabintelli Digital programmes confirmed by invoice or enrolment email.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available when you cancel a confirmed seat at least 14 days before the published cohort start date (or scheduled clinic start). Cancellations between 13 and 5 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of fees paid. Within 5 days of start, fees are generally non-refundable except where we cancel the programme.
Timeframe to request
Send refund requests in writing as soon as you decide to cancel. For post-session issues (for example, a technical failure on our side that prevented access), contact us within 7 days of the affected session.
Full versus partial refunds
- Full — cancellation ≥ 14 days before start; or Collabintelli Digital cancels the cohort/clinic.
- Partial (50%) — cancellation 13–5 days before start, provided materials were not downloaded in full from our portal.
- None — no-shows, late cancellations inside 5 days, or completion of more than half the live modules.
Non-refundable items
Third-party booking fees, custom facilitation travel already incurred with your written approval, and completed Walk-in Clinic Hours that ran as scheduled are non-refundable. Informational pricing pages on this site do not themselves create a charge.
Refund process
- Email contact@collabintelli.digital with your full name, cohort or clinic name, and payment reference.
- We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 14 business days of confirmation.
Processing time and method
Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your institution. We will note the method in our confirmation email.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel or materially reschedule a programme and you cannot attend the new date, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra seat fee.
Exceptions
We may consider compassionate exceptions (serious illness, documented bereavement) at our discretion. Documented evidence may be requested. Transfers of a seat to a colleague in the same organisation are allowed once, if requested before the cohort starts.
